Affiliate Programme Terms

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These Affiliate Programme Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Flypost affiliate programme (the “Programme”). The Programme is run by Toksta Solutions LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (number 13018428) at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying to the Programme you agree to these Affiliate Terms. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of Flypost itself, and our Privacy Policy. If these Affiliate Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on anything to do with the Programme, these Affiliate Terms win.

1. The Programme in short

  • You earn 30% of what each customer you refer pays us, excluding tax, for their first 12 months as a paying customer.
  • Your link is remembered for 60 days after someone clicks it.
  • Customers who use your discount code get 10% off their first 3 months (where we have issued you one).
  • Commission clears 30 days after the customer pays, and we pay it out once you have at least US$50 cleared.

The rest of this page sets out the detail. Where the summary and the detail differ, the detail applies.

2. Joining

To join you need a Flypost account and must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you join on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that business.

You apply from the Refer & earn page in the app (https://app.flypost.io/refer). We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion, without giving a reason. You can only have one affiliate account.

3. Your links and codes

Once approved, you receive:

  • a referral code, used in your short link (https://www.flypost.io/r/yourname-x7k2mpqh) and in links to any Flypost page with ?via=yourname-x7k2mpqh added; and
  • if we issue one, a discount code that customers can enter at checkout.

We generate your codes. Each combines your first name with random characters, so it is unique to you and cannot be guessed. You cannot choose a custom code. We may replace your codes at any time, for example if one is shared somewhere it should not be; the old links and codes then stop working, and referrals already credited to you stay with you.

You must use these links and codes as we provide them. Do not alter, mask, or redirect them in a way that hides where the visitor is going, and do not create links that set your referral without the visitor choosing to click (see section 8).

4. When a referral counts

A customer is credited to you (a “Referred Customer”) when one of the following happens:

  • they click your link and create a new Flypost account within 60 days of that click, in the same browser;
  • they enter your referral code when they sign up; or
  • they pay for their first subscription using your discount code.

In every case:

  • New customers only. The account must be newly created: a link or referral code must be applied within 72 hours of the account being opened, and discount codes only work on a customer's first purchase. People who already had a Flypost account or subscription are not eligible.
  • Last click wins, and first credit sticks. If a visitor clicks more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click counts. Once a customer has been credited to an affiliate, they stay with that affiliate.
  • No self-referrals. You cannot refer yourself, or an account you own, control, or pay for, including other accounts in your own business. Commission on those accounts will not be paid.
  • Our records decide. Attribution depends on browsers, devices and the visitor's privacy settings, and some referrals cannot be tracked. Our tracking records are final. If you believe a referral was missed, email us within 30 days of the customer signing up and we will look into it; whether to credit it is at our discretion.

5. Commission

You earn 30% of the amounts we actually receive from each Referred Customer for their Flypost subscription and any add-ons, for 12 months starting from their first paid invoice (“Commission”). Commission is calculated on what the customer pays after any discount, and excludes:

  • VAT, sales tax and other taxes;
  • amounts that are refunded, credited, disputed or charged back;
  • free trials and anything else the customer does not pay for; and
  • payments after the 12-month period ends.

We may agree a different rate or period with you in writing, and it will be shown in your affiliate dashboard. A new rate applies to payments made after the change; a new period applies to customers who first pay after the change. Your dashboard shows your clicks, signups, Commission and payouts. For privacy, Referred Customers are shown with partly hidden email addresses.

6. Customer discount

If we have issued you a discount code, customers who use it, or who arrive through your link, receive 10% off their first 3 months. The discount is for first-time customers only, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn by us. Do not describe it as larger, longer or more permanent than it is.

7. Clearing, refunds and chargebacks

Commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment before it becomes payable. If that payment is refunded, credited or charged back, in full or in part, the matching Commission is cancelled or reduced in proportion. If we have already paid it to you, we deduct it from your future Commission.

8. How you may promote Flypost

You must promote Flypost honestly and lawfully. In particular you must:

  • Disclose the relationship. Make it clear wherever you share a link or code that you may earn from it (for example “affiliate link” or “#ad”), as required by the UK Advertising Standards Authority, the US Federal Trade Commission and similar rules where your audience is.
  • Be accurate. Describe Flypost's features, prices and results truthfully and only make claims you can support. Do not promise outcomes, invent statistics, or imply you are Flypost or speak for us.
  • Follow the rules of the platforms you use, including LinkedIn's.
  • Follow privacy and marketing law, including the UK GDPR and PECR, CAN-SPAM and similar laws. Only email or message people who have agreed to hear from you.

You must not:

  • send spam, or bulk unsolicited emails, direct messages or connection requests containing your link or code;
  • bid on “Flypost”, “Flypost” or similar terms or misspellings in paid search or social advertising, or run ads that send people straight to our site through your link, unless we have agreed in writing;
  • register or use domains, social accounts or app names that contain or resemble our name or brand;
  • set referral cookies without a genuine click (cookie stuffing, pop-ups, hidden frames, auto-redirects or browser extensions), or use bots or fake traffic;
  • offer people money, gifts or other rewards for signing up through your link, or share your link or code on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal sites, unless we have agreed in writing;
  • place your link or code in Flypost's own channels, communities or support conversations, or contact our existing customers to move them onto your link; or
  • promote Flypost alongside unlawful, hateful, adult or otherwise harmful content.

9. Use of our name and brand

While you are an affiliate, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Flypost name and the logos and materials we provide, solely to promote Flypost under these Affiliate Terms. Do not change them or combine them with other marks. All goodwill belongs to us, and we can ask you to change or remove any material that uses our brand.

10. Payouts

  • We pay cleared Commission at least monthly, once your cleared balance is at least US$50. Smaller balances carry over to the next payout.
  • Payouts are made in US dollars by PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer if we agree. You must keep accurate payout details in your dashboard. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you gave us.
  • We cover the fees our payment provider charges us to send the money. Fees your provider charges you to receive or convert it are yours.
  • If we cannot pay you because your payout details are missing or invalid, the balance stays on your account. Balances that remain unclaimed for 12 months after we have asked you for valid details may be forfeited.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your Commission. Commission is inclusive of any VAT or similar tax you may need to account for. We may ask for tax information (such as a VAT number or a US tax form) before paying you, and may withhold payment until we receive it or where the law requires.

12. Fraud and breaches

If we reasonably believe you have broken these Affiliate Terms, or that a referral is fraudulent or was not genuinely generated by your legitimate promotion, we may withhold, cancel or reverse the affected Commission, recover Commission already paid, and suspend or end your participation. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why.

13. Ending your participation

You can leave the Programme at any time by emailing us. We can end or pause your participation at any time, with or without notice. While your account is paused or after it ends, your links and codes stop working and no new Commission is earned.

When your participation ends for any reason other than a breach of these Affiliate Terms, we will still pay Commission you earned before the end date once it clears, even if it is below the US$50 minimum. If it ends because of a breach, unpaid Commission may be forfeited.

14. Changes to the Programme

We may change these Affiliate Terms, including Commission rates, durations and the customer discount, or close the Programme. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in your dashboard, except where a change is needed to comply with the law or to stop fraud. Changes never reduce Commission you have already earned. If you keep promoting Flypost after a change takes effect, you accept it.

15. Your relationship with us

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship, and you have no authority to make promises or enter into contracts on our behalf. The Programme is not exclusive: we may work with other affiliates, including people who promote to the same audience as you.

16. Data

We process the information you give us as an affiliate (such as your name, email and payout details) and information about clicks on your links to run the Programme, as described in our Privacy Policy. Click records use a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address rather than the address itself. You are responsible for your own compliance with data protection law for any personal data you collect while promoting Flypost.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from the Programme. Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the Commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your promotional activity or your breach of these Affiliate Terms or the law.

18. General

You may not transfer your affiliate account or these Affiliate Terms to anyone else. If any part of these Affiliate Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These Affiliate Terms, together with any written variation we agree with you, are the whole agreement between us about the Programme.

19. Governing law

These Affiliate Terms and any dispute about them or the Programme are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
