Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flypost, including the website at https://www.flypost.io, the application at https://app.flypost.io, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Toksta Solutions LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

Flypost is a software platform that helps you create, manage, and publish LinkedIn content. Features may include AI-assisted drafting, content libraries (“Brain”), branded asset generation, topic monitoring, scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The Service uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated drafts and assets are starting points only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, original, compliant with platform rules, or suitable for your purposes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may sign up with email and password or, where offered, third-party authentication such as Google. You must complete any security verification steps we require (for example, bot protection).

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, and features are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

  • New subscriptions may include a free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and you will be charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation stops future charges but generally does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security measures.
  • Share account access in ways that exceed your plan's permitted use or circumvent usage limits.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would violate law or platform policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, or create using the Service (“User Content”), including brand materials, source documents, drafts, images, and posts. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service to you and, where applicable, your workspace members.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that our use of it as permitted by these Terms will not violate third-party rights.

7. LinkedIn and third-party platforms

If you connect LinkedIn or other third-party accounts, you authorise us to access and use data from those services as needed to provide scheduling, analytics, profile sync, and related features. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, API changes, enforcement actions, or account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for content published through or from the Service to any third-party platform.

8. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, except for User Content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary course.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or compensation.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
