Flypost

Cancellations & refunds

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This page explains in plain English how paying for Flypost works: trials, renewals, cancelling, refunds, and what to do if a charge looks wrong. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with your legal rights as a consumer, your legal rights win.

The short version

  • You can cancel at any time in the app, in a couple of clicks. No calls, no emails needed.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again.
  • If you are charged after your free trial ends, or for a new or renewed annual plan, and you change your mind, ask within 7 days and we will refund that payment in full.
  • Charges appear on your card statement under our company name, Toksta (for example “TOKSTA* FLYPOST”, or “WWW.TOKSTA.COM” on older charges), not “Flypost”.
  • If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] before contacting your bank. We reply within 2 working days, and genuine mistakes are always refunded.

1. Free trials

  • New customers can try a paid plan free for 7 days. We ask for a card when the trial starts.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts automatically and your card is charged that plan's price, then again at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly). The price, billing period and trial end date are shown at checkout before you confirm.
  • Cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged at all.
  • You can switch to a different plan during your trial. The trial carries on, and the new plan is what you are charged for when it ends.
  • Each customer gets one free trial. We may decline a trial where an account or card has already had one.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Renewals are charged to the card on file at the price for your plan at that time. Your receipts and invoices are emailed to you and are always available in the billing portal.

If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you have time to cancel first. Discounts and launch offers last for the period stated when you took them (for example, 12 months) and then end, after which the standard price applies.

3. How to cancel

  1. Sign in at app.flypost.io.
  2. Open Plans & billing and click Manage billing.
  3. In the billing portal, choose Cancel plan and confirm. The portal shows the date your access ends.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you. A cancellation request we receive before your renewal date counts, even if we only action it afterwards.

Cancelling stops future payments. Your account stays active until the end of the current paid period, then moves to an inactive state: you can still sign in, but writing, image generation and publishing stop. Your content is kept so you can copy it out or come back later, unless you ask us to delete your account.

When your plan ends, any posts still waiting in your schedule are cancelled and your LinkedIn connection is disconnected. Posts already published to LinkedIn stay there. You can reconnect and reschedule if you start a plan again.

4. Refunds

When we refund in full

  • Your first payment after a free trial. If you meant to cancel and didn't, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it and close the subscription.
  • Annual plans. If you change your mind within 7 days of buying an annual plan, or within 7 days of it renewing, we will refund that annual payment in full.
  • Our mistakes. Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, or being billed the wrong amount are always refunded in full, whenever you spot them.
  • Service failure. If Flypost is unavailable or a core feature you pay for does not work for a significant part of a billing period and we cannot fix it, we will refund or credit a fair proportion of that period.

The trial and annual refunds above are available once per customer. They are designed for people who change their mind, not for using a full plan for a fortnight and then asking for the money back.

When we don't refund

Outside the cases above, payments are not refunded for partial periods. Monthly plans in particular are not refunded once the month has started; cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Add-ons (for example additional LinkedIn accounts or extra projects) follow the same rule as the plan they are attached to.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We issue them within 5 working days of agreeing to them; your bank may then take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the money in your account.

5. Upgrades, downgrades and add-ons

  • You can move between plans at any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect straight away and are prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period when you upgrade, and receive a credit against your next invoice when you downgrade.
  • Moving to a smaller plan may reduce what you can use, for example the number of projects, connected LinkedIn accounts or analytics features. Content in projects that no longer fit your plan is kept, but may become read-only until you upgrade or remove projects.
  • Add-ons are billed monthly and can be removed at any time, after which you are not charged for them again.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider Stripe retries the card over the following days. While a payment is overdue, writing, image generation and publishing are paused, but your content is not deleted. Update your card under Plans & billing → Manage billing and access returns once the payment succeeds. If the payment still can't be collected after the retries, the subscription may be cancelled.

7. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Most “unrecognised charge” disputes are about the statement name. Payments to Flypost are taken by Toksta Solutions LTD, the company that runs Flypost, so they appear on your statement as Toksta (for example “TOKSTA* FLYPOST”, or “WWW.TOKSTA.COM” on older charges).

If you think a charge is wrong, please email [email protected] first. We reply within 2 working days and can refund straight away, which is far quicker than a bank dispute (those typically take 60 to 90 days). Contacting us first does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.

If a payment is disputed with your bank:

  • We may pause the account while the dispute is open, because the payment for it has been reversed. We do not delete your content during a dispute.
  • We respond to disputes with the records we hold, which can include your checkout and acceptance of these terms, receipts and reminder emails, sign-in and usage history, and any correspondence with us.
  • If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the subscription is cancelled. If it is resolved in our favour, the original charge stands and the account is restored.
  • If we believe a dispute is fraudulent (for example a charge for an account that was clearly used, raised without contacting us), we may close the account and decline future sign-ups.

8. Your legal rights

Most Flypost customers buy for their business. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of starting your subscription. Because the service starts immediately, at your request, if you use that right we may deduct an amount for the service you used before cancelling. The refund policy above is more generous than this in most cases, and we will always apply whichever is better for you. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.

9. Done-for-you services

If you buy a done-for-you package, where our team writes or prepares posts for you, the length of the commitment, the number of posts and any cancellation terms are set out in the offer you accept. Where the offer doesn't say otherwise, it is billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any month, and nothing is published without your approval.

10. Contact

Billing questions, refunds and cancellations: [email protected]. Please write from the email address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge.
