Send us a message about anything to do with Flypost. A real person reads every one. If it's about something that went wrong, tell us the email you sign in with, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If it happened in ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant, say which one.

Using Flypost from ChatGPT or Claude

Sign-in: the assistant opens a Flypost window. Sign in with your normal Flypost account and click to authorise. You need an existing account at app.flypost.io.
Wrong project: ask the assistant to “list my Flypost projects” and then to use the one you want.
Disconnecting: remove Flypost from the assistant's plugin or connector settings, or message us and we will revoke every connection on your account.
Plans and billing: these are managed in the Flypost app, not inside the assistant.
